You download a small desktop tool

A signed app for macOS or Windows. It runs on your machine — nothing is installed for your reps, no IT ticket, no admin rights on your CRM beyond a read connection.

It connects to HubSpot and transforms the data locally

The tool signs in to HubSpot, reads your accounts, and replaces every identity with a local key before anything is transmitted. Customer names, contact information and CRM notes never leave your environment; the mapping stays on your machine, and results are restored locally.

Only exactly what you select is included

You see the selection screen before anything is sent, and you tick the fields the audit may use. Anything unticked is never read. Choose your starting selection below — you can change it in the tool.
